Administration Menus

The Administration menu consists of the following options. The permissions set for a given user will dictate which of the options are visible (see Edit Users). The following pages will indicate the required permissions in red at the top right of the page.

Publish Maps
Publication Update the current site with new or updated process maps in the site's maps store
Refresh Search Update the search content with information about any maps or files recently added to the current library.
Library Management
Menu Editor Customize and maintain homepage menus.
Library Explorer Explore libraries and sites.
Clone Site Make an exact copy of the current site.
Delete Site Delete a site (not the current site).
Clone Library Make an exact copy of the current library.
Delete Library Delete a library (not the current library).
Activation Explore libraries and sites.
Hyperlinks Report Explore libraries and sites.
Users
Edit Users Create, edit and delete user accounts.
Configuration
Edit Configuration Configure the Triaster Server including Publication, Alerts and Approvals settings and email notifications.

News Updates*
Update News Page Update the Headlines on the News page
Delete Proposals Delete the Proposals added on the News Page
Update Document Status Update the Status of Documents on the News Page
System Maintenance
Settings File Upload and Download the settings file
Search Files Download the Search FIles
Log Files Download the Log Files
Reports Download and Upload the Reports Files
MapStore Download and Upload the Mapstore files
Clear Queue Clear the Publishing Queue
File Manager Manage download and uploading files from the Server
